What We're Looking For

Education & Qualifications

Full degree in Dance, Dance Teaching or equivalent Level 4/5 Dance Teaching Qualification. We value academic excellence combined with practical expertise.

Teaching Experience

Experience teaching children's classes and workshops. We're looking for teachers who understand how to engage, inspire, and nurture young minds through movement.

Safety & Protection

Clear and current DBS Certificate or access to the Online Update Service. Child safety is our absolute priority.

Passion & Teamwork

Must be an enthusiastic team player who believes in passing on skills and knowledge to better the younger generation of dancers. Energy and positivity essential!

Dance Styles We Teach

Proficiency in any of these styles is required (multiple styles are a bonus!): • Ballet • Jazz • Contemporary • Hip Hop • Tap • Musical Theatre • Commercial • Lyrical • Acrobatics

What We Offer

Comprehensive in-house training for all staff members

Support to achieve Level 2 Safeguarding certification

Level 3 First Aid Training provided (preferred but not essential)
