Digital Transformation Manager

Join Chivas Brothers, part of Pernod Ricard, as a Digital Transformation Manager. This role focuses on modernising spirit and alcohol management systems across our operations, leveraging technology for maximum efficiency, compliance, and traceability.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Contribution – support the Director of Blending & Inventory in defining and executing the roadmap for upgrading and implementing advanced spirit management and alcohol tracking systems.
  • Technology Implementation – coordinate the selection, integration, and optimisation of digital platforms that enhance spirit production, blending, inventory control, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
  • Process Optimization – identify inefficiencies in current alcohol and materials management processes using AI, digital assistants and other tools, recommend automation, and deploy solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data & Regulatory Compliance – collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment of new technologies with excise duty regulations, traceability requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – work with operations, IT, supply chain and compliance teams to ensure transformation initiatives deliver tangible business benefits.
  • Change Management & Training – lead change adoption by training teams, refining workflows and supporting a culture of digital excellence.
  • Project & Budget Oversight – design and deliver multi‑million‑pound transformation projects, balancing innovation with cost efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications

  • Technical Leadership – previous experience leading the implementation of ERP, MES and digital tracking solutions for alcohol production and inventory.
  • Project Management – strong experience coordinating and supporting large‑scale technology transformations and leading system implementation projects.
  • Learning Agility – capability to rapidly grasp regulatory & compliance requirements, including alcohol excise laws, traceability standards and global regulations.
  • Business Acumen – proven ability to align technology upgrades with commercial and operational objectives, delivering measurable ROI.
  • Leadership & Influence – strong ability to engage and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a complex, fast‑paced environment; experience building capability through training in digital excellence.
