We are looking to appoint an additional qualified Teacher of Science with a possibility of an additional responsibility. You will have relevant UK experience, excellent subject knowledge, a passion for your subject, ambition, and high standards and expectations. You will join a large, successful, passionate, and highly experienced Science team. These colleagues are ambitious and are looking for a candidate with both a rigorous interest in the subject. Ideally, you will be able to teach Science to all Key Stages, but we will support your current skill set.

What we are looking for:

  • A relevant degree from an established university (required)
  • PGCE/QTS or equivalent (required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS3, KS4 (and KS5)
  • A high level of subject knowledge (ideally but not essential, including A level)
  • The ability to reflect on your own practice and welcome professional development
  • Respect for and willingness to promote the school's ethos and values
