Job Purpose:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the Company's objectives.
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Schedule and publish posts across all platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyse social media performance using platforms analytics tools and provide insights and reports to optimise the overall strategy.
- Collaborate with internal Teams including Guest Experience, Operations and Partners to align content with business objectives.
- Stay updated with emerging social media tools and best practices to enhance engagement and reach.
- Other ad-hoc duties as may be required as part of the team and/or the overall business.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Highly creative with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
