Responsibilities

  • Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms
  • Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children
  • Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team
  • Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre

Qualifications

  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
  • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members

Employment Details

  • Experience: Required
  • Employment: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm
  • Salary: up to £16.3 hourly
  • Starting time: Immediate start!
