Responsibilities
- Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms
- Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the children
- Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team
- Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations to support children with additional needs
- Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
- Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members

- Salary: up to £16.3 hourly
