We are looking for experienced recruiters with either search or contingency experience to deliver high calibre searches for our clients within various technology markets. Our Analytics team works across various markets including Data Science, Software Engineering and Data Engineering, and we are now looking for individuals who would like to establish their own desks alongside our existing markets. Experience within one of our niches is not necessarily required, although you will have a strong track record in building and consistently delivering into a focused market and have high ambitions to become a recognised recruitment partner with high earnings. We realise this requires dedication as well as skill, and you will therefore have the full support of our Directors and business to achieve these goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your chosen markets, understanding their unique hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Managing Candidate Processes: Managing schedules, coordinating interviews, and handling correspondence.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to support informed decision-making.
Required Experience
- Have at least an undergraduate degree and proven working in a recruitment consultancy or executive search firm.
- Have expertise in sourcing very niche candidates from various sources.
- Be capable of communicating with senior stakeholders on current business and business development.
- Have experience in and be able to demonstrate the ability to grow a market from scratch (if appropriate).
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
