The predicted salary is between 23200 - 29120 £ per year.
Salary: £23,200 (14 hours per week over two days, 0900 - 1700)
Essential Car User Allowance: £1,500

Playing a key role in the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for all aspects to maintain the Association's portfolio of properties to the highest possible standards within the Association's policies and resources, and to provide an efficient and responsive service to tenants.
Your duties will include:
- Overseeing an approved list of contractors to ensure performance is appropriate
- Managing the day-to-day repairs, major repairs and planned maintenance budgets
- Managing the annual inspection of the Association's properties
- Developing and managing the planned maintenance programme
- Identifying, project managing and programming all major repairs and stock reinvestment programmes
- Assisting and preparing tender specifications for major projects
- Conducting pre and post inspections of works
- Ensuring that the stock condition database is maintained and updated
- Preparing performance reports
- Undertaking building surveys and diagnosing building defects
- Specifying and administrating required remedial works
- Being responsible for void specifications
