Chislehurst School for Girls seeks an outstanding SENCO to lead and develop our SEND provision, ensuring every student can achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will join our leadership team to shape high‑quality provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities.
You will lead the strategic development of SEND across the school, coordinate interventions, work closely with staff, parents and external agencies, and champion inclusive practice throughout the school.
