We are seeking a Luxury Sales Associate for our Vacheron Constantin Boutique in Edinburgh, the first in the UK outside London. Chisholm Hunter will be the employer, with daily support from the Vacheron Constantin UK team to uphold the highest retail standards. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional client experiences and represent the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass personal sales and qualitative targets.
  • Support the boutique team in meeting sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including after-sales support and CRM management.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to generate leads and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Network to create new sales opportunities.
  • Perform administrative duties such as client follow-up, handling inquiries, and managing complaints.
  • Maintain inventory quality and presentation standards.
  • Anticipate and meet client needs with professionalism.
  • Maintain impeccable grooming standards.
  • Manage repair follow-up processes and act as a brand ambassador.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail.
