THE ROLE:

We are excited to advertise a Vacheron Constantin Sales Associate vacancy for our Vacheron Constantin Boutique in the heart of the city centre in Edinburgh. This is the first Vacheron Constantin Boutique in the UK, outside of London. Chisholm Hunter will be the employer, yet you will benefit from a daily support from Vacheron Constantin UK team to perform to the highest possible Retail standards. We are looking for a Luxury Sales Associate who is as exceptional as this brand to deliver unique client experiences.

MISSION

The Sales Associate will be in charge of achieving pre-set sales and qualitative targets while building meaningful and sustainable relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve and exceed personal targets (quantitative and qualitative).
  • Support Boutique team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills (Sales Ceremonial) and CRM.
  • Act as a role model, constantly nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships.
  • Networking to create sales opportunities.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as: clients’ follow up (sales, afters sales service), general inquiries, handle clients’ complaints and concerns, answer to the telephone etc.
  • Control inventory quality (scratches, movements, batteries for quartz watches) maintaining exceptional selling conditions Retail and Service Excellence.
  • Anticipate clients’ specific needs.
  • Ensure impeccable grooming standards.
  • Manage complaints and proactively follow up on the repair process from registration to collection.
  • Acting as an Ambassador for the company and the Brand.
  • THE PROFILE
  • Solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail with at least 2 years experience.
  • Action oriented, assertiveness in negotiating and closing the deal.
  • Team player, positive and constructive approach.
  • Meticulous and highly client focused.
  • Result and action oriented.
  • Strong sense of luxury service, aesthetics, and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and another language is a plus.
  • Very good interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele.
  • Very good organisational skills.
