Talent Acquisition Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers across various departments to gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs, including short-term and long-term workforce planning.
- Talent Sourcing : Utilise a multi-channel approach, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Candidate Evaluation : Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within the Chisholm Hunter ethos.
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation, reference checks, and successful onboarding.
- Talent Pipeline : Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous pool of exceptional candidates.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to adapt and enhance our strategies.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in volume recruitment, or as a recruitment consultant preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A background in HR with a specialisation in recruitment would be ideal.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- A genuine passion for people and a discerning eye for identifying exceptional talent.
