Your Role

As a Supervisor, you will learn and develop the skills needed to lead a successful team and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Learning People Management Skills
  • Shadow experienced managers and participate in coaching sessions.
  • Develop the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Sales Floor Support – assist in ensuring processes are followed and client needs are met.
  • Learn how to manage daily operations effectively.
  • Sales Development – build strong personal sales skills through a consultative approach.
  • Gain experience in upselling and cross‑selling luxury products.
