Your Role:
As a Trainee Manager, you will learn and develop the skills needed to lead a successful team and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning People Management Skills
- Shadow experienced managers and participate in coaching sessions.
- Develop the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Sales Floor Support
- Assist in ensuring processes are followed and client needs are met.
- Learn how to manage daily operations effectively.
- Sales Development
- Build strong personal sales skills through a consultative approach.
- Gain experience in upselling and cross-selling luxury products.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury goods or jewellery preferred).
- Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals (JET qualification advantageous but not essential).
