Developing in-depth product knowledge and educating clients on jewellery collections, gemstones, and craftsmanship. Building strong client relationships, understanding their preferences, and providing personalized recommendations. Exceeding sales targets through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling. Collaborating on visual merchandising to create captivating displays and maintaining store presentation standards.
