Your Role
As a Supervisor, you will learn and develop the skills needed to lead a successful team and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning People Management Skills: Shadow experienced managers and participate in coaching sessions. Develop the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Sales Floor Support: Assist in ensuring processes are followed and client needs are met. Learn how to manage daily operations effectively.
- Sales Development: Build strong personal sales skills through a consultative approach. Gain experience in upselling and cross‑selling luxury products.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury goods or jewellery preferred).
- Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals (JET qualification advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
- Strong desire to learn and progress into management.
- Flexibility with regard to working hours.
