Position

We're looking for a detail-driven Purchase Ledger Advisor to play a key role in maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process purchase invoices, match them to delivery notes and purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with store and department managers to resolve queries and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
