As a Digital Designer, you will help bring the Chisholm Hunter brand to life across our digital and in-store touchpoints. From elegant email campaigns to engaging web layouts and seasonal campaigns, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of a luxury jeweller known for craftsmanship and creativity. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create visually engaging digital assets for email campaigns, web layouts, and promotional content in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support web design projects, helping to develop page layouts and visual updates that enhance user experience and reflect luxury brand standards.
  • Produce internal communications and point-of-sale (POS) artwork for retail stores, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
  • Assist with seasonal campaigns, including catalogues, photoshoots, and visual moodboards for key retail periods (Spring/Summer, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).
  • Edit and prepare images for digital and print use, maintaining high quality and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and ecommerce team to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative across multiple channels.
  • Maintain organised design files and assets to ensure an efficient and accessible creative workflow.
Requirements:
  • A creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for luxury branding.
  • Commercial experience and understanding of email design and layout principles, knowledge of Klaviyo is preferred but not essential.
  • Awareness of web design fundamentals and ability to create engaging, user-friendly layouts, experience with Magento is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience or willingness to learn After Effects and Lightroom is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
