Are you organised, detail-driven, and passionate about accuracy? We are looking for a temporary HR Administrator to join our busy Human Resources team at our Glasgow Support Centre. The main focus of this role will be to lead a short-term project around reference requests and background checks, alongside wider HR administrative processing. You will play a key role in ensuring our HR data and processes remain compliant, confidential, and efficiently managed. This role is fast-paced and requires excellent attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and a methodical, organised approach.

What You Will Do

  • Process and follow up on reference requests and employment checks in a structured, compliant, and confidential way.
  • Support with HR documentation, including contracts, onboarding paperwork, and employee changes.
  • Maintain accurate and secure digital personnel records.
  • Ensure all information is processed promptly, with exceptional accuracy.
  • Assist with reporting, compliance, and general HR administration as required to support the team's success.

About You

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
  • Efficient and proactive, following through to completion.
  • Confident using HR systems and Excel.

Previous experience in HR administration or compliance-based administration is desirable, but what matters most is your commitment to quality and precision.
