Location: Glasgow G2 8BL (5/7 - with some weekend working required)

Your role

  • Execute stock requests in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ticket and file away the stock deliveries in the relevant storage areas.
  • Prepare web orders to go out to the stores (boxing/packaging/quality control) and ship to customers.
  • Monitor warranty activations for luxury watches.
  • Administer all email and telephone requests from the branches as required.
  • Receive branch transfers from stores and stockroom and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist with the daily/weekly tasks of overstocks, damages, branch requests, price changes and company directives.
  • Log and process DPD uplifts for customers.
  • Assist with Special Orders, Customer Repairs, RTMs and web order picks.
  • Assist with all aspects of the admin for the customer success team.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, luxury retail environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work with own initiative and as part of a wider team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
