As Digital Trading Manager, you will be responsible for driving online commercial success by leading the execution of the e-Commerce strategy across Chisholm Hunter. You will be responsible for:
- Maximising web traffic, improving conversion rate, enhancing customer experience and ensuring sales targets are met through strategic collaboration, performance analysis and digital best practice.
- Managing the e-Commerce team including Developers, Digital Marketing Manager, and Digital Designer, fostering a results driven, high performance culture.
- Developing and implementing the e-Commerce plan, setting targets for sales growth, traffic and conversion across all digital channels.
- Managing a variety of digital channels including paid, organic, affiliate, email and social.
- Analysing campaign performance to continuously improve site functionality and identify opportunities to enhance user experience, retention and customer value.
- Managing relationships with external digital agencies and internal departments to align strategy.
- Proposing, agreeing and managing the e-Commerce operational budget, aligned to wider business and growth strategy.
- Managing delivery and maintenance of all on-site content - ensuring accuracy, alignment with campaign message and brand consistency.
- Producing regular insight-led reporting for senior management team showing key trends, and opportunities for action.
Requirements:
- Availability to work fully onsite.
- At least 3 years’ experience in growing an e-Commerce business.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- A commercial attitude with experience of managing large-scale budgets and working to strict KPIs.
- Ideally experience within the luxury sector, retail or hospitality.
