As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce platform, enhancing the user experience, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities E-commerce Strategy: Devise strategies to enhance sales, improve user experience, and drive revenue. Transform social media platforms into profitable channels Team Leadership: Guide e-content assistants, copywriters, and graphic designers to execute e-commerce strategies. Ensure adherence to predetermined plans. Website Security and Functionality: Review checkout pages and payment procedures for security. Ensure the creation and upload of promotional offers is accurately executed Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse website traffic and sales metrics. Use insights to inform website maintenance and marketing strategies.
