Chisholm Bookmakers is a family run business established in the 1950s, with 32 betting shops located throughout the North East of England and Cumbria. The success of the company, and also that of its employees depends largely on the employees themselves, and so great emphasis is placed on training and development within the company.
We are looking for a Betting Office Trainee Assistant Manager who will be required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week in our betting shop based in Cramlington. Applicants should be well motivated, be prepared to work flexibly and willing to make a positive contribution as part of the management team.
As a pro-active Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation of the shop
- Marketing our products and services to the highest possible standards
- Supervision of the staff when managing, thereby ensuring the smooth running of the office
