Role Overview
We are looking for a Betting Office Trainee Assistant Manager who will be required to work a minimum of 20‑25 hours per week in our betting shop based in the Brampton Area. Applicants should be well motivated, prepared to work flexibly, and willing to make a positive contribution as part of the management team.
Responsibilities
- As a pro‑active Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the shop and marketing our products and services to the highest possible standards.
- You will also be responsible for supervising the staff, thereby ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- You should be keen to learn new skills and be committed to providing the very best customer service.
Compliance and Training
The company is committed to operating its business in a socially responsible manner. A key requirement of the role is to ensure compliance with the following:

Full training is given through our training programme.
Working Hours and Shift System
We open at 10:00 am daily, and all offices take advantage of evening and Sunday racing. To cover our opening hours, we operate a flexible shift system.
Pay
Our starting rate of pay is £12.96 per hour, rising to £13.16 after training.

Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
