Senior RF Antenna Designer

About the Role: The role will involve design and development of implantable electronics and controller devices.

Responsibilities

  • Antenna Selection and Design
  • Design and Develop RF Transmission Circuit
  • BioMedical and EMC standards expertise
  • Failure analysis; design of test protocols; device testing & test reports; product validation
  • Perform frequency analysis and simulation for boundary case or worst-case conditions
  • Documentation of specifications, requirements, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Masters / PhD in Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an RF Electronic Engineer with an emphasis on embedded electronics design
  • Experience in RF Antenna Design and analogue power circuits
  • Experience in Wireless Power Transmission is ideal
  • Experience with wireless communication protocols
  • Experience with RF Schematic Capture, PCB layout design (Altium) and manufacturing process
  • Experience in Electronic BioMedical Safety Standards
  • Experience with simulation tools such as LT Spice / PSpice
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
