Chipright seeks a highly motivated senior MEMS Layout Engineer who will work closely with our customer. They will hold responsibility for a work package relating to verifying the transfer of RF MEMS IC layouts from an existing design tool to another tool.
Tasks:
- Complete layout verification/comparison between GDS files generated in existing tool with alternative tool
- Verification including XOR of layouts to identify any differences between layouts
- Work closely with design team
- Layout of sub-blocks of new designs under the instruction of MEMS RF Designer
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years experience working in Analog Layout
- Educated to degree level (BE or ME or PhD in Electronic Engineering or similar)
- Extensive knowledge and experience of IC layout verification for analog/RF integrated circuits
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience using KLayout software tool
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge and experience of Keysight ADS layout tool would be an advantage
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills required
