Overview
We are recruiting for a confident, creative and engaging person to join us as our Head of Marketing and Audience Development. The role leads on the strategic allocation of The Theatre’s marketing resources, oversees the work of the department, and will develop our understanding of existing and potential audiences. Together this will lead to developing exciting plans that respond to the data and creating targeted and responsive messaging for the organisation.
Responsibilities
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for the strategic allocation of marketing resources, overseeing departmental work, developing audience insights, and crafting data‑driven, targeted communication strategies for the organisation.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a natural flair for marketing and relationship building. Whilst direct arts or theatre experience is beneficial, we have had very successful post holders from a variety of industries and welcome applications from all.
Employment Details
Status: Permanent (Part‑time between 21 and 26 hours a week)
Start date: Negotiable
Salary: £31-36,000 pa (based on a full‑time week of 39 hours. This will be pro‑rated to agreed working hours)
