We are recruiting for a confident, engaging and welcoming person to join our team as
Front of House Manager.
This role is a mixture of administrative work, managing our bar staff and volunteer ushers, duty managing performances and events, servicing and restocking The Theatre's bar and ensuring our customers have an excellent experience every time they step through our doors.
Our ideal candidate will love working with people and have an innate feel for great hospitality and customer service.
An understanding of live performances would be a benefit, but by no means a requirement.
The Front of House Manager is responsible to the Head of Customer Experience.
This is a full time post, which could be 40 hours a week all year, or 35 hours during 10 months of the year and 40 hours during the 2 month panto run at Christmas
(depending on the preference of the candidate).
The hours are worked across a full mix of daytime, evenings and weekends depending on the rota, and we operate a Time off in Lieu system for busy or quieter weeks.
