Our role
We are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant to join our busy Finance Team. This role is contracted for 15 hours per weekand we are happy to discuss flexibility around the working pattern and how these hours are arranged.
The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Ordering
- Responsibility for the school credit and payment cards
- Income
- ParentPay
- Assisting budget holders with reports and queries
- Point of contact for financial queries
