About the role:
Chipping OngarPrimary School is a member of Bridge Academy Trust which educates childrenaged 4-11years. We are opening a new enhanced provision for childrenwith severe learning difficulties in our MapleClassroom. We would like to recruit a Learning SupportAssistant to be part of this new and vital team. You will need to becommitted to making a difference and have the enthusiasm to improve pupilengagement and communication for children who may find thischallenging.
We arelooking for a candidate who has:
- Theexperience and enthusiasm to work as part of a team in a supportiveenvironment as a Learning Support Assistant for SLDpupils.
- Experienceworking across the primary range and experience of working with childrenwith additional needs.
- Have aninterest in working with children and making a difference.
We are committed tosafeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and weexpect all staff and volunteers to share in thecommitment. Appointments will be subject to DBS clearance andsatisfactory references. If successful, an enhanced DBS check wouldbe sought.
