We are recruiting for a confident, creative and engaging person to join us as our part time Head of Marketing and Audience Development at The Theatre Chipping Norton. The role leads on the strategic allocation of The Theatre's marketing resources, oversees the work of the department, and will develop our understanding of existing and potential audiences. Together this will lead to developing exciting plans that respond to the data and creating targeted and responsive messaging for the organisation.
We are looking for someone with a natural flair for Marketing and relationship building who will bring experience to the team. Whilst direct Arts or Theatre experience is beneficial we have had very successful post holders in the past from a variety of different industries, and we would welcome applications from all.
The Head of Marketing and Audience Development is responsible to the Director and leads on the strategic allocation of The Theatre's resources to properly market its audience, maximise ticket sales and grow our audiences. The Head of Marketing and Audience Development manages the Marketing Officer.
