A team where your contribution is visible every single day. The SEND department here is incredibly collaborative. At 10:00 am on any given Tuesday, you will find our team fully integrated into classrooms, working alongside teachers to make sure no student is left behind. We work tirelessly, but we do it as a genuine collective.

As a Learning Support Assistant at Chipping Norton School, your presence directly shapes the classroom experience for students with additional needs.
