Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant educational qualifications at school/college
- First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete the course)
- Pool, plant, health and safety professional knowledge and experience
- Sound, practical DIY skills including repairs and decorating
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety and safe working practices
- Ability to build good relationships with young people, colleagues and staff
- Awareness of security safety procedures including key holder/lock-up procedures
- Experience in manual services and labour across a range of duties
- School or college environment experience
- Porterage of items around a large site
- Parcel collection and delivery
- Swimming pool and plant operation
- Experience of water management
- Caretaking, cleaning and site services experience
