Overview

Contract: Fixed‑Term, 38 weeks Term‑time plus one week.

Start date: 1 September 2026.

Salary: Grade 4, points 7‑10 – £26,403 to £27,694 p.a. full‑time equivalent (approx £16,841 to £17,665 p.a. actual) for 27.5 hours per week (10:30 am‑4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Support the whole school literacy programme and the English faculty.
  • Provide an exceptional facility in the Library.
  • Assist all students and staff with reading and literacy interventions.

Requirements / Eligibility

Candidates must be exceptional, with a desire to support literacy. Employment is subject to an enhanced DBS check, including a barred list for working with children.
