THE OPPORTUNITY The Senior Analyst, Procurement (FTC, 9 - 12 months), will lead the sourcing strategy and execution for Chipotle UK, France and Germany. This role works directly with suppliers to identify, analyse, and prioritise opportunities, and collaborates closely within the supply chain function and cross functional partners. This role will be pivotal to ensuring that we can scale Chipotle Europe by developing an efficient supply chain network whose sourcing is in line with our “Food with Integrity” (FWI) philosophy. Due to start end of May/1st June 2026.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Cultivate a network of suppliers in line with Chipotle’s Food With Integrity (FWI) philosophy: Identify long term strategic partners and cultivate relationships with suppliers who will help us drive our mission of Food With Integrity. This includes understanding the needs of the business in the short-middle-long term and developing a network of suppliers who can support Chipotle Europe at all points of the brand growth.
- Support supplier negotiations to ensure we drive efficiencies: Engage in regular supplier negotiations with a view to driving efficiencies, quality and service, while increasing our commitment to FWI. This role needs to be out in the field, meeting stakeholders and getting deals done. Conducting strategic sourcing activities from spend analytics through to competitive RFPs and supplier negotiations is key.
- Maintain strong cross functional partnerships: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders including Restaurant Operations, Training, Culinary and FSQA to drive supply chain service levels. This role should proactively identify opportunities for efficiencies that enhance operations, quality, supply chain agility and mitigating food safety risks.
- New product development: Support the NPD process by ensuring we have an agile supply chain base. Partner with restaurant operations, culinary, FSQA and marketing to ensure that all new product launches meet and exceed expectations.
- Propel our Food With Integrity mission in Europe: Work closely with the US procurement team and local marketing to continually improve the quality of our supplier network, drive best-in-class practices in traceability and animal welfare, and increase purchases of products made with sustainable and regenerative practices.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

- BA/Degree level education: 4 year Bachelor’s degree required with Master’s degree preferred
- Language skills (English + 1-2 European languages) preferred
- 5+ years of progressive procurement experience, including international exposure
- Experience in multi-unit operations in regional European markets preferred
- Highly articulate and able to present to diverse audiences including leadership with proficiency in food tastings, PowerPoint, and other impactful presentation formats
- Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
- Travel subject to business needs. Approximately 30-40% travel domestic and international
