What you can expect to be doing:
- Working as part of a collaborative and driven in-house creative team
- Designing and producing assets for multiple channels including Email, Socials, Campaign
- Working closely with the CRM team to deliver impactful email designs
- Working closely with the socials team to ideate/create engaging and relevant content
- Proofing, QA and peer reviewing content
- Testing design variations and refining creative based on performance insights.
What we’re looking for:
- A designer with experience creating premium, aspirational designs for a range of multi-channel content
- Experienced with Figma
- Experienced with Adobe CC including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Somebody with a passion for motion graphics and video editing
- Switched on to design trends
- Interest in finance, and ability to create clear designs which help our audience navigate and understand financial products in a smart and straightforward way
- Impressive attention to detail
- Used to working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Nice to haves:
- Experience with other creative tools (photography, filming etc.)
- Experience working and evolving an existing brand
- Interested in and skilled at illustration, typography and typesetting

Although we’re in the financial space, and under the scrutiny that comes with it, the current marketing team works well together, and even sometimes with a smile. We’re sure you’ve got the technical skills, otherwise, you would have stopped reading by now, so let us be clear on what will make us want to work with you. We want a real person, with interests outside of work, to join our team. You could be a dancer, a gamer, a musician, a parent, a hockey fan, or even that one person that still writes Twilight fan‑fiction. Doesn’t matter to us. At the interview stages, we will be looking for empathy, eq, fun stories, and the ability to smile even when things are tough.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
