Chip is seeking a Head of Web to own the website as a growth channel — from strategy through to conversion, analytics and CRM integration. You will lead a small team, drive SEO and GEO initiatives and partner with paid growth and Brand to maintain premium messaging.
You will shape the CRO program, ensure fast performance and accessibility, and collaborate with Compliance to align promotions with regulations. Fintech/wealth experience is a plus.
