Chip is seeking a Head of Web Growth in the UK to own the website strategy and drive organic traffic, sign-ups and CAC targets. You’ll lead a small team, shape SEO and GEO, and run a continuous CRO programme across pages and journeys.
You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Compliance to keep the site fast, accessible and compliant, while building CRM data flows with Braze to smooth the path from first visit to first deposit.
