You’ll be responsible for monitoring the product functionality, investigating bugs, working with the CS team, and setting up queries and ad hoc data analysis whilst working alongside the product, CS, marketing and engineering teams to make sure the users are getting the best experience possible.

What you'll do:

  • Action daily operational process controls and alerts.
  • Investigate, help diagnose and resolve issues, collaborating with the wider business.
  • Timely and accurately deliver regular operational tasks and processes.
  • Assist the wider business in providing the best customer support they can.
  • Pull and analyse data using SQL.
  • Provide data extracts, and dashboard reporting to all areas of the business, with a main focus on operational controls.
  • Automate and optimise controls, processes and MI.

What we’re looking for:

  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Basic to Intermediate.
  • Willingness to learn and drive efficiency.
  • Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous with attention to detail.

  • Fast learning, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately.
  • Smart, with the ability to find solutions independently.
  • SQL - Intermediate level.

Nice to have:

  • You have worked in a tech environment before or have a strong interest in FinTech (think challenger banks, crypto and app-based investing).

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
