What you'll do:
- Analyse data using SQL
- Provide data extracts, analysis and dashboard reporting to all areas of the business, helping to determine opportunities and support solutions
- Assist the wider business in providing the best customer support they can
- Develop, optimise and action daily operational process controls
- Monitor internal and thirdâparty functionality
- Timely and accurately deliver regular operational tasks and processes
- Investigate, help diagnose and resolve issues
- Automate recurring MI and optimise processes using SQL and Python

- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Basic to Intermediate

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM â 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
