Chip UK is seeking a CRM Growth Lead to shape lifecycle experiences across onboarding, activation, cross-sell and retention in a fast-growing fintech context.
You’ll lead growth campaigns, design segmentation and journey logic (Braze Canvas or equivalent), run rapid experiments, and collaborate with Product, Data, Compliance and the CRM Build team. You’ll report to the Head of CRM and drive key metrics and customer delight.
