Role Description
The business is seeking an organised and dynamic individual to fill the position of Senior E-commerce Executive. The position is responsible for the day-to-day running and optimisation of the brand’s e-commerce websites, ensuring a seamless customer journey, accurate product presentation, and strong trading performance. This role also manages site development projects, product merchandising, and supports growth across marketplaces. In addition, the Senior E-commerce Executive oversees photoshoots and sample management to ensure all digital assets are produced and delivered to deadline and standard for internal use & external partners.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of the DTC website and E‑Commerce channels, including but not limited to:
- Manage the daily activities and trading performance of 2 e-commerce websites, supporting marketplace activity and potential expansion to a third site, plus seasonal activities via pop ups and samples sale sites
- Analyse conversion, drop-off points, and customer retention; collaborate with the development team on UX improvements.
- Monitor and implement A/B tests and track campaign health.
- Oversee the design and development roadmap, managing the Trello board and acting as lead contact with the web development agency.
- Monitor and manage the upload and merchandising of all products, including writing descriptions, images, videos, metafields, and tags, ensuring accuracy and launch readiness.
- Manage apps and integrations necessary for running an ecommerce business daily
- Deliver weekly and monthly e-commerce reporting, highlighting opportunities and performance trends.
- Conduct regular e-commerce checks to ensure functionality, accuracy, and optimal trading experience.
- Lead visual merchandising across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand strategy.
- Drive SEO and technical improvements in collaboration with external partners.

- Maintain and track the e-commerce budget, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting.
- Management of a shoot list, required for ecommerce & 3rd party use across both model, video and flat shoots

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an e‑commerce role using Shopify
- Comfortable using CMS platforms (Shopify).
- Highly organised with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly across teams.
- Basic understanding of web analytics and E‑Commerce metrics.
- A keen interest in online retail and DTC brand growth.
- Highly personable and able to form great working relationships
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and use your initiative
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
