Chinti & Parker is a British luxury womenswear knitwear brand established in 2009. Working closely with the Merchandiser, supporting the merchandising function across a multi-channel business including wholesale, e-commerce, retail, and global marketplaces. This role requires a high level of organisation, commercial awareness, and agility within a fast-growing, design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of merchandising strategies across all channels, ensuring alignment with commercial and brand objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with US marketplace partners, Next and QVC.
  • Coordinate and create product information and imagery requirements for wholesale and marketplace partners, maintaining accuracy across partner systems.
  • Assist with sales performance analysis, customer response, and market trend insights to inform range and stock planning.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Design, suppliers, and distributors on pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain seasonal line details, ensuring cost prices, RRPs, colourways, product names, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
  • Support stock movement decisions including markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clearance activities.
  • Produce weekly sales, trade, and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Design team to create and set up seasonal products within the Zedonk system, and global-e.
  • Assist in collating sales orders for production and raising web and stock purchase orders.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with off-price and clearance partners.
  • Support the digital team through merchandising matrix updates and pre-launch checks to ensure products are optimised online.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support across the commercial function.

  • Strong commercial awareness within a luxury fashion environment.
  • Advanced Excel capability including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced business.
  • Experience with Shopify and Zedonk (advantageous).
