We're looking for a creative, culturally connected Brand & Content Manager to own how our brand shows up every day. This is a social‑first role for someone who lives and breathes fashion, understands digital culture and knows how to build an engaged community through compelling storytelling and content.
You’ll be responsible for growing our organic social presence, creating standout content, nurturing our creator network and ensuring every customer touchpoint feels unmistakably Chinti & Parker.
The Role
Reporting into the CEO, you’ll be the guardian of our brand voice and visual identity across all organic channels. You’ll lead our content strategy from concept to execution, creating campaigns and everyday moments that build brand love, engagement and commercial impact. From founder stories and behind‑the‑scenes content to creator partnerships, community engagement, shoots and collaborations, you’ll ensure Chinti & Parker is one of the most inspiring brands to follow in fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Organic Social & Community
- Own and grow Chinti & Parker’s organic social channels, with Instagram and TikTok at the heart.
- Develop a social‑first content strategy that grows engagement, reach and community.
- Plan, create and publish daily content including video, imagery and reactive moments.
- Build genuine conversations with our audience through community management and social listening.
- Identify trends, conversations and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and inspiring.
- Track performance and continually optimise content through insights and analytics.
- Content & Brand Storytelling
- Own the seasonal content calendar across social, website, email and PR.
- Create engaging storytelling around collections, craftsmanship, founders, product and lifestyle.
- Produce content that balances creativity with commercial objectives.
- Write engaging copy that reflects the Chinti & Parker tone of voice.
- Work closely with Ecommerce to support launches, campaigns and key trading moments.
- Creative Production
- Lead all brand photography and content shoots including campaign, ecommerce, social and editorial.
- Develop creative concepts, shot lists and content plans that maximise asset creation.
- Manage photographers, creators, stylists, models and external production partners.
- Ensure every shoot delivers high‑quality assets across social, email, website, wholesale and PR.
- Influencers, Creators & Partnerships
- Grow our creator, influencer and ambassador programme.
- Manage gifting, paid partnerships and long‑term brand relationships.
- Own ShopMy and support affiliate growth through creator collaborations.
- Identify exciting collaborations, partnerships and brand moments that extend our reach.
- Work with key retail partners on co‑marketing opportunities and activations.
- Brand Experiences
- Support PR activity alongside agency partners.
- Deliver events, pop‑ups and community experiences that bring the brand to life.
- Ensure every activation creates engaging content and strengthens our customer community.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in a social, content or brand role within premium fashion or lifestyle.
- A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging social platforms.
- Proven experience creating engaging organic content that drives audience growth.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, photography, styling and visual storytelling.
- Experience producing fashion shoots from concept to delivery.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience managing creators, influencers and affiliate programmes including ShopMy.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance creativity with performance.
- Highly organised, proactive and collaborative.
