Chinti and Parker are seeking a motivated and highly organised Logistics & Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations or similar role, with a proven track record of supporting efficient operations. The Logistics Operations Assistant will work closely with the Supply Chain manager to ensure smooth and timely execution of all operational activities. It is a multifaceted role that requires an ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

This is an exciting role within a fast-growing and passionate team and business, reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager. Your responsibilities will include;

• Assisting the Supply Chain Manager with coordinating all aspects of logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and transactions using company systems and software.
• Being the key point of contact for our warehouse.
• Maintenance of Monday.com board (the warehouse project management tool).
• Ownership of order arrangements to wholesale partners – end to end process.
• Support with Marketplaces in order to achieve on time delivery and returns.
• Ensure orders are accurate and invoiced in a timely manner.
• Logging and resolving shipping issues for B2B and B2C customers.
• Provide support in analysing data and generating weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports.
• Assist with store Pop-up issues, and attend when needed.
• Support with stock take planning and processes.
• Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics operations or a similar role is preferable.
• Preferably with a retail/e-commerce background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ambitious and eager to contribute.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
