We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Performance Manager to support the Operations Director within a fast-growing infrastructure business. This is a broad, hands-on role focused on strengthening operational performance, supporting business growth, and establishing robust project governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Support client relationship management and engagement activities
    • Track business opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility
    • Assist with proposals, bids, and tender submissions
  • PMO & Governance
    • Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance tracking tools
    • Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation
    • Support governance processes across the project portfolio
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Assist in developing and managing supplier relationships
    • Monitor supply chain performance and identify capability gaps
  • Operational Support
    • Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Director
    • Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
    • Contribute to internal reporting and business performance tracking
