We are looking for a Key Account Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across both Distribution accounts and OEM accounts, maintaining relationships with existing clients and driving sales growth within their assigned territory.
Location: South West/Wales (Field-based role)

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet company objectives and manage distribution policy in your area
- Ensure appropriate levels of service to key accounts
- Identifying and researching potential clients in the target market
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and referrals
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and customer interactions
- Provide regular sales reports to management
- Assist in updating CRM systems with client information and sales data
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the Electrical industry
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in low voltage or related field having worked and with experience in the industrial market (panel builder, industrial end user etc.)
