Food & Beverage Supervisor

That is why your skills in serving and presenting these as a Food and Beverage Supervisor / Team Leader are so important.

Responsibilities:

• Completes tasks relevant to but not limited to the guest cycle in Chino Latino (greeting guests, taking, preparing, and delivering orders promptly, upselling, managing the team, handling guest requests liaising with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction, and ensuring the business continuity through payment compliance).
• Inspires, coaches and mentors F&B team members.
• Can work in shifts on the Rota basis.
• Fully flexible to support the hotel F&B (Restaurant and Bar) and other F&B related operations whenever required.

• Always leads by example.
• Has worked previously as an F&B Supervisor / Head Waiter-Waitress or Senior / Head Bartender in a hotel environment.
