About the Role
Chinite Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Female Care Assistants to join our domiciliary care team in Braintree, Essex. In this rewarding part-time role, you will provide person-centred care and support to client in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
- Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Support clients with mobility and safe moving and handling
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in client condition
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring, patient, and dependable nature
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including some weekends
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check or have one on the update service.
Desirable
- Previous experience in domiciliary or residential care
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Medication administration training
