We are looking to appoint a Literacy Co‑ordinator who will lead literacy by designing, delivering, and evaluating a cohesive strategy. This role will line‑manage literacy leads, drive high‑quality provision, and lead evidence‑informed CPD to ensure consistently strong reading, writing, oracy, and vocabulary across all subjects and year groups.
The duties of the role include:
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing a whole‑school literacy strategy
- Leading and quality‑assuring literacy practice across the curriculum
- Managing literacy post‑holders
- Driving evidence‑informed CPD
- Analysing literacy data
- Ensuring inclusive, high‑impact provision for all learners
